Workshops and In-Service Training for Teachers
Bringing the fun of yoga into the classroom to enhance the daily curriculum.
Creating positive energy in the classroom through a non-competitive, non-judgmental yogic approach.
Training incorporates developmentally appropriate practices from the early childhood education environment and provides teachers
with the opportunity to participate fully in this hands on workshop.
The workshop is from 8:30am to 4:00pm, and includes two mini yoga classes for teachers.

Through practical hands-on training, you will be taught yoga techniques and ways to incorporate yoga sessions within a circle time
for the benefit of students and teachers alike.
